Maybe in labor

Well these do not feel like BH contrax.
Still very low intensity but feeling them low in my uterus and in my back.
Started out in bed at about 4 this morning, it's 6:30 now.
I'm 36w5d today.

No bloody show or leaking of water.

We'll see how it goes.... I had days of on/off labor with ds2 so I wouldn't be at all surprised if things stop at some point.

Other random stuff going on:
Smells are *really* bothering me.
Had nausea, followed by a BM, the last 2 days.
Had an intense emotional breakdown on Friday.
There is this one spot, on one side of my belly, that has felt a little tender since baby started getting big in there. Kind of like there is always a foot or something right there. That spot, during a contraction, is very sore.

Will keep you updated when I can.

Exciting! Not sure if you are wanting to keep baby in longer or not but wishing you a smooth labor (whether it's today or a different time)! Looking forward to updates!

Thanks ladies.
Things have slowed down so it looks like it'll be another on/off labor for me again.
And I am feeling peaceful about whether I deliver now or later. Ask me again if I'm at peace if I'm still having on/off labor 3 weeks from now!
I actually don't even have my birth kit, so it would be cool to be able to pick that up at my appointment tomorrow and have the baby after that! But if not I think we can improvise with what we have here until the mw comes over, if need be.

I had this type of on and off labor starting at 35 weeks with my last baby. The ctx weren't BH, they were low and cervical. I ended up having him at 38 weeks. I'm excited for you! Can't wait to hear how things progress!

Good vibes to you! Hopefully the on/off thing won't be too annoying. I had that with DS1.

Here's hoping everything goes smoothly and you aren't uncomfortable for too long

i've had a couple of births that were like a month of labor.  here's hoping this isn't one (that said, hubby is saying i'm not in pain enough for this one to be near..... so that's not encouraging!)

but if it is, you're not alone!  thankfully i only have the urgent/frustrating evenings, but today started having them more during the day.  definitely in warm-up phase!

I think my main concern with lots of on/off labor is feeling like I have to stay home unless DH is driving with us. With my last one I had about 3 days or so of labor before it really kicked in. But when it really kicked in, it got intense very quickly. If this were to happen while I was in town, as the sole driver, 45 minutes away from home... It could be bad.
OTOH I have no desire to sit at home "waiting" for who knows how long (only leaving the house on the weekend when DH can drive) and then be home for a couple weeks of the newborn period. I think I'll go nuts.
I'm not at all needing to be out of the house a lot, usually once a week to meet with mama friends is perfect for me, but I continue to have plans cancelled due to a higher contrax day and I'm just home a lot. I'm not going nuts yet, but I know that "waiting" just makes things get really frustrating and that can be a hard hurdle to get over.

Overall I would be thankful for another warm-up type birth, as it made the last one a lot quicker. I'll just have to keep telling myself that. And I do have one friend planning to visit me at home some time and take some belly pics, so that'll help too.
