Round Ligament Pain/ Tough Actin' Relaxin! « Back to Group Discussions

Is anyone else already experiencing round ligament pain (I think this is the right name for the strain you feel between your hips and groin)? Mine's been so intense lately at night especially, I want to hold my belly up, even though it's not heavy or anything yet.

My friend sent me an email that said she hopes I get to the "honeymoon" phase of pregnancy soon. And I was like- wait, there's a phase like that? Missed it on my last one! Ha!

I've had sore hips for a while. Makes it hard to get comfortable. Is that the same thing?

Regarding honeymoon.... Yeah I don't know what that is. Lol

I've had that thing where you try to stretch your body out and then *zing!*, you get a zap of shooting pain right around there.  Won't be doing that again for a while.

I've had the round ligament pain for a few days (I'm 11w3d now). When I get up from sitting or lying down, it's the very worst, usually low and to one side. I don't remember feelin this until about 20 weeks with my daughter!

I'm 11wks today and definitely feeling it. Have been for weeks. :/ Of course, I assume this being number 5 has a lot to do with it. I tried to stand up from the toilet one day, weeks back, and was immediately seated again! Ouch!
