not wanting to sleep

Ok everyone im stumped on this one so any help would be great. My 21 month old doesnt sleep its not just at nap time is at bed time to i put him to bed at the same time everynight unless he didnt take a nap and some days he goes right to sleep but most nights he wants to be up til 12-1am and this is even on nights were he didnt take a nap. I NEED HELP with this one because i have tryed everything i can think of

We have been implementing many of her suggestions for a couple weeks now and it has made a huge difference! We have had a few rough evenings / setbacks....but that is natural and it takes up to a month for a new habit or routine to really catch on. But I was amazed how quickly it helped. It also helped my inner attitude because it's a very positive, reassuring book.

Best of luck! Sleep troubles are very normal at this age.
