Fertility signs - I actually knew about these as a teen. I didn't use it (and also wasn't super responsible as a teen), but I was aware of it. I'll teach it to my daughter, but I'd be supportive of her using the pill, too.

13dpo. Meant to test yesterday and today, but a congested preschooler not sleeping well kept me awake enough that I peed several times during the night and figured that it'd probably be negative either way. I'm hoping to test tomorrow and not obsess today. Once I drop the eldest off at school, the youngest and I will head off to the library and go sledding!

It's CD 11 today and O hasn't shown up yet on my OPK's so we're havin' fun BD'ing everyday. My thinking is BD til O shows up on a stick and for another day or 2 and then stop, if ya want 

Last night we had dinner kind of late so we watched a little tv, after 2 shows DP said, "I'm really full, but I want a baby..."   lol that took me a minute to unwind in my head.  I was expecting the rest of the sentence to be I'm really full, but I want chocolate or something like that...But the actual meaning was...I'm really full, perhaps too full to comfortably BD, but I'll put that aside so we can make a baby-Love him.

AFM - I'm happy today! It's been a while since I got excited about AF arriving but it did this morning. Shortest cycle ever (22 days). Now I'm feeling 90% recovered from the flu, I'm putting that weird cycle behind me and hoping this is the month!  The only problem now is if I do get pregnant and it is anything like the last time, I'll be comatose during my brother's wedding... but I don't care. I want a baby!

LilyKay: I'm feeling a general tiredness but I haven't had the 7-8 PM passouts the last couple of nights . I have begun not being able to sleep though . 11 DPO . I'm glad you're feeling better and that AF hurried it up! this is your cycle!

LilyKay-so glad you're feeling better!! Sometimes our Spirits are more willing than our tired bodies lol but we don't have kiddos yet to wear us out or otherwise distract us from BDing and we want that SO much!

I think I had a positive OPK last night, but it wasn't much different looking than the 2 lines I'd already been getting (1 dark test line, and 1 lighter-which is sposed to be a neg result) Last night both lines seemed the same color...  but I took it and then forgot about it for like an hour, guess I'll do it again today and see what happens...

prescottchels - Go for it! That's how we got pregnant the first time by mistake, oh those baby-free days . 

In funny news, I'm sitting here with a face mud mask and it is completely freaking DD out. She keeps coming to check on my face while keeping her distance so I making a funny face at her  and she runs away shouting "Aaaaaah"! Some times I can't help being mischievous with her

Yup I LOVE tricks and sneaking up on her... this time it did not end well! I sneaked on her while she was on the potty and I think the mud was starting to dry up and it looked weird. She flipped out and started crying. I felt so bad so I wanted to comfort her but she did not want me anywhere near. DP was quite upset with me. I washed it off immediately and then all was good, she was happy again. Mother of the year award here please!

Aww, don't beat yourself up too much LilyKay. Kids are funny. We'll be playing some game or another with the kids, they're especially fond of rough and tumble tackling games, and they'll be going nuts with laughter and having a great time. Then boom, somebody gets pushed or something one time to many or when he doesn't want to and the tears and fighting start . I think they do it to make us feel guilty .

So what are you all up to this weekend? It's snowy and cold here and it's after 2pm and I'm still in my jammies watching TV on hulu and crunching numbers for taxes.

It's CD 15 and the closest to a positive OPK was CD 11 (but I'm not sure, cuz this is the 1st cycle I've ever used them), and/but I'm still testing and we're still BDing lol DP is bound & determined   I had bodywork this past week, which I do regularly, and my friend was so confused by the differences in my body that she told me to POAS, again, cuz to her hands I felt pg. It was negative.  and of course we're still trying, so I feel like I'm straddling some weird limbo land...and wondering if I should get a different brand of hpt or if my mind is just sooooo powerful that I'm manifesting big changes in my body cuz I want to be pg so bad
