At my daughter's 12 month well baby visit, the doctor was asking about what foods she eats and while discussing her dairy sensitivity she started suggesting fats to add into her diet for brain growth. While I think she has some good options already in her diet (avocados and the like), it was my understanding that so long as she is nursing she is getting good fats from my milk. True or false? Both?
