I'm no stranger to probiotics. I have taken a probiotic every day for the last 5 years (Lactobacillus GG/Culturelle) as well as eating lots of fermented foods and coconut kefir and yogurt (coconut and dairy until my new nursing couldn't tolerate dairy in my diet, now just coconut milk yogurt.)
Recently I read here about the health benefits of coconut water kefir, the colony count is really high and it is a whole food as opposed to a capsule. So I tried Inner-Eco brand yesterday. Dose was 1 tbsp, I only took 1tsp because I like to start new things slowly. About 5 minutes later I felt very very nauseous like I was going to vomit. It lasted for a few hours. I feel fine today. Was it a fluke? I'm afraid to try again
