What a blessing to have your DH help out so much! We have slacked big time on CLO because the last bottle I opened (cinnamon tingle) was extra fishy.

I did manage to make my own dough twice last week which hadn't happened in a while and I also made a delicious chocolate cake this week for company coming over with raw milk(in the icing too) and duck eggs, not really TF but it was so good! Mmmmm. We can only afford some pastured meats but have access to raw milk, good eggs, and all produce is organic. Oh I did make chili and it turned out awesome, except the kidney beans, every time I make chili I hate them and swear I will leave them out the next time!

You could use black beans instead! I don't like kidney beans and the chili recipe I love, I just switch out for black beans. Tastes great.

I've not been doing too badly at all, although I had a weak moment over the weekend and am back on the sugar for now. I have no energy whether I eat sugar or not, so I might have something I enjoy while I'm feeling so miserable. I'll be off it once the baby's born though!

I have been eating a traditional foods diet for the past 4 years.I started off doing mostly WAPF but when I found out I was gluten intolerant I became more Primal (not giving up my dairy!). My pregnancy has changed things a bit for me as I started craving more carbs (and for the first 6 weeks couldn't eat anything but white foods - I kept it organic and gluten-free), so I am eating intuitively. We eat eggs from our own pastured soy-free hens, as well as pastured chicken, pork and beef from local farm shares. Also lots of butter, raw milk cheeses kefir, kombucha and yogurt, as well as sauerkraut and kimchi. I am also drinking raw goats milk from a local farm and trying to consume more homemade bone broth - in lieu of that I have been eating gelatin from grass fed animals daily. I also take FCLO, and supplement with K2.
