Glamour Kids

The alliterative ones don't come out of the mouth smoothly enough, if that makes sense.

I disagree. Folks tend to like alliteration. Lois Lane, Lana Lang, etc ...

As a mom of boys, I don't think I'd enter a place that says Glamour. You are awesome for opening a consignment shop! That's been my dream for years now, still trying to talk myself into just doing it. Whats age group are you serving? My oldest is 5 so even a store with the name Tots or Tykes may not get me in. A store with a name like Eco Kids Exchange would draw me in though.

I voted Trendy Tots. For me, the word "glamour" has some negative conotations. It makes me think of toddler beauty pageants and the sexualisation of children's clothing (I appreciate that this may just be me). "Tykes" is not a commonly used word in Australia so it doesn't resonate with me.

I agree with the PP who said that tots or tykes may not work if you want to attract parents of older children. I would certainly be drawn to a shop with "Eco" in the name but only if you plan to have Eco-type merchandise.

None of them really work for me.

When I hear/see "Trendy" or "Glamour", I tend to think of pricey boutiques, not consignment shops.  That being said, I voted Trendy Tykes because tots seems too young (or at least more so than tykes) and glamour definitely sounds exclusively girly.

I agree. I like the Eco Kids Exchange even better.
