My son is one year old and does some kind of crazy movement with his wrist and arm. I am worried about autism everything else he seems to be doing...always interacts and smiles and is walking...should I worry thank you:)

Also when should a baby start pointing to objects??

Is the crazy movement putting his arms behind him, palms up? I don't know why they do it, but all 3 of mine have done it at around 1 year old. She points at everything, all the time, but she isn't even crawling yet.

Arm out in front and then like twists his wrist

All 5 of my kids have done that. As far asI know it is completely normal.

Mine has done the arm/hand thing a lot too. It probably feels or looks funny and they fo it for fun. Pointing is a particular skill; some do it early, some much later. My own DD didn't point until 18 months but she's been on time or early with almost everything else.

I wouldn't worry about it (unless you are seeing a lot of other things that worry you).  Kids do weird stuff all the time--just wait 'til you hit toddlerhood!
