So after the flu, several people bringing me food, my v-day cheat dinner, and a few beers Ive had, I am scared about my weigh in. Plus, I had the Nexplanon birth control inserted this week and I feel like Im holding water all over. But, it's a new week, and today is Monday, day one!
Im getting back to my exercise this week, starting this afternoon!!!!

Not that bad, but I did gain some back. Hopefully this week wont be too hard- it's my birthday and my mom is already making a buttermilk pie and gnochii soup, so I know my cheat meal is going to tempt me badly. The real struggle comes with getting back on track immediately instead of blowing the rest of the week, right? (no idea why I cant turn bold off).
