I hope this is in the right forum - it seemed like the most likely candidate. I did a little bit of searching on here, but didn't find what I was looking for. My baby is now 5 months old, and I'm trying to research and prepare for our next big adventure - solid foods! I've got Baby-Led Weaning on order at the library, but I was reading some reviews that said it didn't actually give a lot of advice about what foods to introduce when. Since I'm planning to skip rice cereal and purees, I'm wondering if anyone has any resources on this subject. I'm thinking veggies first, since they're not too likely to be allergens, and then fruits, but I'm not sure. When do I introduce things like wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, etc? I'm sure there are a range of opinions, but I'd be interested in seeing anything that has any kind of research to back it up.
