A bacon cheeseburger and a cherry coke would be amazing right now.

And malt vinegar. The fries need malt vinegar.
A vanilla coke made with real vanilla syrup would be amazing.

i tried to drink some coke the other day and it tasted like poison and i wanted to spit it out. i don't drink a lot of soda (ever) but when I do, it usually tastes delicious. something very strange has happened to my mouth.

chocolate marshmallow milkshakes, however, taste awesome.

I haven't had a fizzy drink in years, and probably won't have one now but for some reason it's still tempting at the moment. I know I'd regret it if I actually had any!

You guys are a bad influence! smile.gif kidding, I've already been dreaming about crappy food. Today all I could think of was general tso's and a Big Mac. Haven't given in yet, but it's only a matter of time. I have really been craving salt. Twice I've eaten ramen right before bed. Ugh.

DH is bringing me home a bacon cheeseburger!!  <3

Note to baby:  I promise I will eat better in the 2nd trimester after all these stupid food aversions hopefully go away.

I just devoured half a Ghirardelli bar: dark chocolate with caramel filling, yum... Only because I ate the other half yesterday. I've been craving sugar. The cake sounds good, maybe I should do some baking, I've got an awesome spelt raspberry scone recipe. Though I could go for that bacon cheeseburger too. Interestingly constant eating keeps the nausea/queasiness at bay.

Hot chocolate. Doc said that was perfectly fine and a better choice than coffee!

I've been having the odd hot chocolate as well, to make up for the fact I can't stomach tea.

Trying to cut down on coffee.  Normally I drink a pot a day.  I've cut that in half and now I'm trying to cut that further down to just one cup a day.

Serafina, I'm a big coffee drinker too, but not quite that much, maybe 4 cups a day, usually, with a least one of those in the late afternoon.  I've got that down to 12 oz a day now in the morning, and have managed to avoid headaches but am definitely feeling the fatigued, grumpy, let-down caffeine withdrawal feeling. Or wait, is that from the early pregnancy PMS-like symptoms?  winky.gif  Good luck on your continued cutting down...

I'm trying to cut back my coffee to 2 cups a day.

I'd love to get that spelt raspberry scone recipe from whoever it was that has one. smile.gif

My mom sent a care package that arrived yesterday so this morning I had cereal with chocolate sprinkles! Sooo happy now!

Maybe my mugs are big or my pot is small but my pot equals 4 cups of coffee so I'm down to 2 cups a day aiming for just 1
I'm only 4 weeks so hoping that continued 2 cups a day at this point isn't harming my poppy seed sized embryo.....

I've been eating horrible! Every gluten free food I can get I eat! Donuts, cookies, lasagna, Mac and cheese. I ate a whole box of GF peanut butter and chocolate cereal in one day!

Glad I'm not the only one! It seems the only things I can stomach are terrible for me.

Today I made an emergency Target run to get Eggo waffles and it tasted AMAZING.

I'm really craving homemade guacamole, and seriously considering giving in and going out to buy the stuff I need to make it.
