my son usally eats everything i give him and is awake 12-13 hrs aday  playing and being active. but the last few days hes been mostly sleeping and only eating a bit and he doesnt seem to be playing as much. but he said he is ok an he dont feel poorly, could it be a growth spurt he is going through. please help
