Setting an example - smoking

Not all kids buy into the " Do what I say' and not Do what I do . I also don't like the double standards - we eat anything we want including  cookies, cake etc before dinner  , kids don't have that privelege

Cute video. I don't think it adequately addresses addiction issues but I think it has a perspective that could reach some. 

 

It often surprises me that young people continue to start smoking. I feel like they must have enough exposure to folks who are addicted -- makes me wonder why they aren't getting the message from those people about the regret many smokers feel once they are dependent. greensad.gif

 

As the spouse of an x-smoker and the friend of someone still struggling to quit, I am deeply sympathetic to those trying to quit.
