Ahh, rejoicing in a new day! Did I walk today? No, I plan to bellydance this evening though. Or maybe in a few minutes since DD is sleeping. We didn't make it to speech (for DS) today because "princess" has been a royal teething pain! She is cutting 3 teeth right now, she cut 2 last week.

Breakfast, 1 slice of toast, 2 eggs (my DS ate them for me though), cup of tea and some strawberries

Snack, 1/2 cup chocolate pudding because of

Lunch, 2 peices of fish, fried : and another cup of tea

Dinner? Maybe a baked chicken breast, wild rice and zuccini

I need more water. Normally I am really good about 8-10 glasses a day, lately I have been pretty bad. Plus I really need to get back into the habit of taking my prenatals since I am a nursing momma!

Thats great you are going to bellydance tonight! I rented it (online so it will probably get here tomorrow)......so I can try it before I buy it! LOL

So far today: breakfast: bite of ds's banana
early lunch: turkey and cheese on plain wheat ezekial bread and a big handful of trader joe cheetos :

On my way to get a snack (its 2:40 here).......apple and some water......I only had one glass of water today! ACK! LOL

Havent walked yet either.

LOL about the prenatals........oops....I think I have taken like 4 since he was born and he is 18 months now! LOL

snack was baby organic carrots with ranch
ate some cottage cheese out of the container.....LOL
Also had a bite of ice cream! I know I know

Dinner was chicken fajitas on whole wheat tortillas

Did ya do your belly dancing? Sounds fun!

I was bad again and ate a bowl of ice cream tonight........I am so terrible at this dieting stuff. My clothes are all horribly tight too.

Desiree, I am here! You should send me an IM if you are tempted! I know I need the help too. I had some chocolate pudding last nite. I am not always on the PC, but I walk by it enought that I might catch you! I will PM you my AIM! Then we can each other :LOL

Well, instead of baked chicken I ended up making tortellini for dinner. AND instead of bellydancing, I fell asleep nursing last nite. : Sooo, today is a new day, with a new plan!

B- banana, toast, eggs
L- soup
D- baked chicken, veggies and wild rice
S- strawberries, apple, banana?
W- going for a walk today! DH is off today and I hate working out infront of him, so no bellydancing till Saturday!

ETA there will always be LOTS of herbal tea in my daily diet, especially during the spring when my allergies are so bad. I am using raw sugar though :LOL

Yum on the herbal tea!! I like snacking on that too.

Today so far I had:
breakfast: apple, oat bran hot cereal (made with organic milk and I added a bit of raw sugar and a tiny bit of butter)
sipping a cup of white tea right now too LOL

I am going to get some work done and then as soon as I am done we are going to head out for a walk.

Lunch was sandwich on toasted ezekial bread with thin layer of cream cheese, tomatoes, turkey, and cheese.

Lunch changed from soup to a burrito w/ sour cream and salsa : and DH was home and ate ALL MY STRAWBERRIES. I left the house running errands hungry because I didn't have a snack. I had a snickers crunch Dinner has been changed to, *sigh* chicken and dumplings. Sooo, I am thinking I should post at the end of the day instead in the morning! :LOL I just can't stick to a plan!

Aww, well.....dh is home now (early, yay!) and he wants to go walking too so off we go!

2 bowls of chicken and dumplings! Oh well, at least I make it myself and I know what's in it. I think I ate so much because I am not use to such a late dinner. Still haven't worked out today. Maybe if I can get the kids in bed around 9 I can FIRM for an hour!

Dinner here was carb overload! Whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce.......no veggies either cause I didnt feel like it! LOL BAD GIRL! Okay, tomorrow I swear I will do better......takes a few days to get out of my system! :LOL

Good Morning!

I got my lazy butt out of bed and did my bellydancing tape I wonder why it is so hard to get started, but so fun once you do I haven't had breakfast yet, I am waiting on my tea to set now. Today I am meeting w/ our realtor to go look at a house We have go to find a new house because we have really outgrown this one. I feel like a packrat here!

Today's plan?
W- Bellydancing
B- wheat toast and fruit
L- leftovers, chicken and dumplings
D- gonna try the baked chicken and veggies one more time. I really need to take that chicken out of my freezer so we can eat it tonite!

Yay!!! Good for you that you did your bellydancing tape!! That is exciting about going to look at a house!! We had ours for sale up for awhile but I couldnt take all the people dropping in all the time at no notice just because they were nosy and not serious! LOL But I really want to move! LOL This house is only a 2 bdm and it feels so cluttered! LOL Someday we'll get around to selling it! AHAHAHAHAHA

Today (so far): raisin ezekial bread toast with a smidge of butter
green tea with honey

lunch: cesaer salad with ranch/cheese (LOL...the only way I can eat lettuce!)
raisins

Damn chocolate craving sent me all the way to the store! I had a twix Dinner is still in the oven. But I am finally going to have baked chicken and veggies. Taylor is cutting 3 or 4 teeth right now, I can't see the left side very well since she is so upset. My nerves are on end because of the constant hysteria and NONnapping! Sooooo, I just had a glass of wine. How many calories are in that?

I did bad for dinner because we went out to Mimi's Cafe

bran muffin with butter
corn chowder soup
5 cheese grilled sandwich
water

just had some grape juice too.

On a good note, I got that Belly dancing DVD tonight so tomorrow (well maybe MOnday when dh is not home!) I will start it. LOL

Today was another muffled teething baby, insanity filled, sleep deprived, can't keep up day!

W, none! I didn't get much sleep because Taylor was up alot last nite.

B- scrabled egg sandwhich w/ hole wheat bread
L- 2 enchilladas (homemade) and an avacado and broccoli
D- 1 1/2 enchiladas and leftover soup. Oh and some bread. I was really hungry today for some reason.

Lots of veggies w/ my foods today, and some tea too. I need some more tea now. Anything to make the hunger go away w/o eating! Jeez I am starving today. Maybe it's because Taylor did alot of nursing tonite?

Sunday went fairly well. I got stuck at home again because DH lost his keys and took my explorer to work. His huge truck is a stick, which I can drive but am out of practice, doesn't fit the carseats. I was creative with my food yesterday since Mondays are grocery days and it seems like there is nothing good for the weekend :LOL

Sunday
W, The Firm Cardio Blast
B, 3 or 4?? Oatmeal whole wheat muffins
L, soup and lots of water to flush out the salt
D, 2 turkey burgers and about 1/2 cup of fries.
S, another muffin, some cheese, and maybe 3 cups of herbal tea

I have no idea what we'll do today. Mondays I planned to walk but its raining here. I really love the rain, it's perfect for cuddling on the couch all day. But I have so much to do today it's gonna be hehehe! I am up early and should be working out, but I think I am going to start some laundry and start picking up the kiddos toys downstairs.

W- none it rained on my walking plans

L- 1/2 cheese quesidilla w/ salsa and 1/3 avacado
D- pizza
S- another muffin

I tried to "make" granola today for DS and myself to snack on. Yeech! It taste like oats and flour! :P I am really trying to be more healthy, but this is gross! I need sugar! :LOL
