Glad to have you back! I think everybody I know had ice cream this weekend 
Today's plan is:
W- maybe a walk w/ the kiddos
B- tea, 2 oatmeal muffin and 1 apple
L- turkey sandwich and tea
S- cheese cubes, maybe some crackers *whole wheat
D- baked chicken, green beans and brown rice

It is 10 pm and I still haven't worked out. The kids are downstairs w/ DH and I don't want to deal with anything else today. But I promised myself I wouldn't go to sleep till I worked out!
