Glad to have you back! I think everybody I know had ice cream this weekend

Today's plan is:
W- maybe a walk w/ the kiddos
B- tea, 2 oatmeal muffin and 1 apple
L- turkey sandwich and tea
S- cheese cubes, maybe some crackers *whole wheat
D- baked chicken, green beans and brown rice

Good morning!

Just woke up and had an apple so far and some water. Going to do a bike ride in a few minutes before it gets up to 103 degrees again!!! Its only 80 right now at 9 am! LOL

Well I stayed on track all day till dinner. I made baked chicken w/ potatoes and covered them in cheese brocoli campbells soup. It was good, so I had 2nds . I didn't workout today at all, following my Firm calendar.

Just out of curiousity, when you eat potatoes, does it seem to linger on the scale for days? It seems that way for me. It's like I gain 3 lbs from eating a potatoe?

Yesterday I did ok until dinner......dinner was spagetti (yep potatoes and pasta make me gain weight)....and then I had ice cream for dessert! Dang ice cream! Why do I love it so much?! UGH....I think I need to get an ice cream maker so at least if I am going to eat it, I can put what I want to make it not so bad in it! LOL

Today (gonna try cutting out more carbs......I have company coming in 3 weeks and I need to drop a fast 10 pounds) LOL
breakfast: grapefruit
2 sausage links
an egg

for lunch I am taking Jev to subway and I want a chicken wrap. LOL

today was a joke. i had lots of bad stuff, unhealthy stuff between my healthy meals It is 10 pm and I still haven't worked out. The kids are downstairs w/ DH and I don't want to deal with anything else today. But I promised myself I wouldn't go to sleep till I worked out!

Yesterday we'll skip! AHAHAHHAHAHAHA, I did only 10 minutes of the bellydance video cause it was 11 pm at night and I was freaked dh was watching me......lol....

We got a tramoline! It was posted on a local freecycle board, and we picked it up! Woooohoooo! Now DS can finally stop jumping on my bed and go in the backyard! I desperately needed ways to exaust his little butt! :LOL

Saturaday

B, 2 oatmeal wheat muffins and tea
L, buritto w/ sour cream
D, 2 turkey burgers on wheat and an apple
S, more tea w/ honey
W, none because I am low on sleep and energy!

Happy Mothers Day!!! Today my DH had to work all day, so I spent it w/ a really good friend and her family.

B, oatmeal
L, chips and salsa? I wasn't home and this is what they had out...
D, chicken stir fry w/ veggies and white rice
S, garlic bread

Oh wow plus some questions

Oh wow, I didn't even know about this thread! Cool! I'm wondering if anyone does any kickboxing? I would love to try it. Bellydancing sounds fun too,but I have too many scars on my tummy. Right now my workout partner are working out 3 days a week at the gym. Its been 3 weeks and I've noticed a big difference already! Do you all go by your BMI? My friend is a nutritionist and she says its really make for white america and its lower for asians and higher for AA and Samoans. Take care and again wow, I can't believe I found this thread!! yippie!

Nope, no kickboxing here......I did tae bo for a bit (does that count?!) a long time ago but I cant keep up. LOL I have tons of scars on my tummy too but I just do the bellydancing for exercise and I wear a long shirt. LOL

This weekend I pretty much sucked. LOL

Today so far:
water
trader joes berry granola cereal
half an apple

Desiree, I may not be able to keep up with journaling for awhile. It looks like DH and I are separating, possibly divorcing. I doubt I will be finding much time to work out, or even think about loosing weight. I hope to pop in occasionally, but the stress level is just so high right now that I will be taking a break from the boards. God knows that I want to continue loosing weight and improving my health. But right now my priorities are just staying afloat and trying to be strong and positive. Please keep me in your prayers, and I wish you lots of luck.
