last pregnancy - tips to really enjoy and savor it?

This is more than likely my last pregnancy. Aside from the exhaustion and nausea, I love being pregnant. It took us two years to conceive my first and I was starting to think I would never have a successful pregnancy. I was able to really savor being pregnant once I got past the initial anxiety. Oh to take a nice relaxing bubble bath again! Lol.

My second pregnancy went by so quickly, especially taking care of my two year old. And most o my worry was with focusing on having a successful vbac! (I did)

This time I have a 4 1/2 year old and a 2 year old to take care of and I know that unless I take the time to really focus on being pregnant, it's going to pass by so quickly.

Anyway, does anyone have any daily meditations or pregnancy journaling advice? I'm trying to connect with the baby every night before I fall asleep-- talking to him or her a bit, but I was wondering if anyone had other ideas or was in the same boat.

The book, Sacred Pregnancy, is a must!  It is a journal...the title says it all.  I'm enjoying my book, and this is my 6th pregnancy.  It also focuses on daily meditations and creating a meditation space.  Definitely a must book for any pregnant mama!

There are also Sacred Pregnancy classes in some communities.

Totally same boat here. I've got a 3.5yo and a 1.5yo. Too busy to think about anything else really. I am committed to going to yoga once a week and that usually promotes mindfulness. I will focus that time on my pregnancy and probably move to a prenatal class after 20 weeks. Also I really really want to take photographs of me and my belly this time. Maybe even save for a professional shoot. The big thing I need to come to peace with is that it always surprises me that it is kind of a lonely journey. It's my body that is changing and I think about the baby and my body almost constantly. But DH does not really know how to connect. Rarely asks how I feel, what's going on, doesnt feel or listen to belly, etc. Hopefully this time I can focus more on connecting with growing baby. And separate focus just for DH cause lord knows we need to reconnect. But now I ramble. Glad to see the book rec thanks!

Horray!  You will enjoy it!  I am really appreciating the weekly question.  This has definitely helped to put some further perspective on this pregnancy.  I have a busy household with 5 kids, plus attending births.  This book allows me to really focus on "baby", as well.

I am really enjoying Sacred Pregnancy, as well as The Labyrinth of Birth.  I'm going to embroider a little labyrinth to include in my little "pregnancy corner" and to use during labor.
