Does O*b*ma care mandate vaccinations?

I heard that buried in O*b*ma care is a mandate for all children to be vaccinated and if they are not they can be refused medical care. Anyone else heard or read this? If so, can you post a link? Thanks.

my understanding it force insurance companies to cover/pay for vaccines - right now in my state they are not required to do so- that will change
