Doc for Mama

I'm looking for a holistic doctor for me (not my kid) in the west suburbs of Chicago (near Aurora). Any recommendations? I'd especially like someone who supported homebirth, not vaccinating and was fat-friendly and took BCBS PPO.

I need to find a doc near the same area, too for myself and my daughter. I'm planning to call Home First this week. I'm 99.99% sure they're in network for BCBS PPO. They have a location in Naperville, and a couple other places, too. If you google it, you'll find some info.
