Seattle family looking for other families to get together with

My husband and I have an 11 month old (born February 2012) and we don't have any family in town. We're feeling a little isolated and would love to find some other families with babies, toddlers, or preschoolers to spend time with. Our son loves other kids and is very social. We live in north Seattle, in the Phinney/Greenwood area. I am a SAHM (formerly a personal trainer) and my husband is a software developer.

I know there are meet up groups and toddler activities out there. We also have a PEPS group. I am just hoping that some other AP families in the mothering community might be interested in building a community offline. If you are interested, maybe we could meet up at the zoo or a library story time (or wherever else).

There's a Attachment Parenting Meetup group that I just joined. It looks really active and lots for babies & toddlers.
My DD was also born in Feb 2012!

I actually joined that a few months ago! I go to at least a few a week, so I am sure we will see you guys at some point. There are two other February boys who are regularly at the meetups. You should come hike with us on Friday! Slow moving, lots of stops for babes to play.
