I suspect my son and I both have yeast/candida issues and he has been battling a mild case of oral thrush for a month now. We both crave sugar, I usually limit his intake but I eat way too much of it, I also have dairy allergies and bad gastro issues (GERD). I want to try the AVC diluted in water or juice again for myself but I am thinking of making a kids version for him. Maybe not as a long term thing but just to get his yeast issues under control. Has anyone here given it to their toddlers at this age? Is it safe for their enamel? Did you notice any difference? How much did you give them a day? TIA! :)

I didn't do that, but you could use coconut oil which is less concerning and also very good with battling yeast. In fact, combine that with some good probiotics and you'll have a really good jump on things.
