It was so interesting, it made me really grateful for this ddc and the inspiration I have received. There are many things I wouldn't have thought of if it wasn;t for you all.

New List

Hang prayer flags and twinkle lights

put up small ikea shelves

wash the wool and handwash items

put of mobile from blessing way

detail car get a dog barrier

install carseat and mirror

make birth play list

have dh clean soft tub outside

move futon outside to deck for possible outdoor birth

freeze more meals

organize birth supplies

get a haircut

write birth plan and things I want support people to do

get a nursing bra

I'm sure there's more but considering how are place has transformed and what we have accomplished this feels like nothing.

Getting more and more ready

I'm down to :

installing carseat  (its sitting in the car though)

playlist for birth  (completely stumped on this one :( I cannot figure out what I want to listen to or muster the desire to try and create one. No idea where this block is coming from)

freeze more meals, (we ran into an issue with this since the outside freexer broke so I'm not sure it will happen or not)

Adding:

Write a letter to baby and practice pain coping and meditation cds

I just downloaded a 30 day trial of Spotify to make a birth playlist.

Created one based on what was in the Sears Birth Book (page 147 for those of you who have it)... however I couldn't find all of the songs he recommended.

I also searched for other users spotify birth playlists and added those, but I'm not sure if I'll use them.

It's hard because I don't know what I'll want to listen to in labor!
