Sorry for the delayed response.  The wrap washed and dried is now roughly 4.2 M (or 166 inches) in length and 26 inches wide.  Ellaroo product info says a size Medium is 4.6 M, perhaps it shrank a bit with washing?

I am 5'8" 140lbs and it was the right size or a bit long for me.  Do you know what size Ellaroo suggests for your measurements?  I'll measure again, I think it is 166 inches, but will confirm.
