Hi mamas,
I've been out sick for days with morning sickness. I've been so dizzy and nauseous that it's been hard for me to function. I've missed 5 days of work! I had been taking/trying: Rainbow Light once daily prenatal, oral b6 2xday, ginger tea, sea bands and trying to keep up with food but it wasn't working at all. I saw my naturopath and she is now giving me a weekly shot of b complex and OMG it has made all the difference. I can't even believe it. soooo much better than the oral.
Just wanted to let everyone know it's an option if they need it!
Also, I've added Wish Gardens Calm-a-tum herbal tincture for morning sickness.
