Thanks everyone for responding. I really don't want to leave MW care because last time, with the family dr practice following me, I just got whoever was on call at the time.
I think things are looking up though! I went for the OB consult today (a just in case thing) and he was super! Basically after going over everything he said he saw no reason I'd need OB care and actually joked that my MW was a bit OCD with all this. He said he'd like to see me if I went overdue and he wasn't all that convinced that the extra testing will have any use whatsoever. So I got the all clear from him and hopefully the MW will mellow out after she gets his report. I will stay for the duration of the pregnancy so I can have a MW birth but I will be selective on the USs for sure. I have no problem with an extra GTT but will press hard on other fronts if need be. Thank you all for the support and encouragement. I want MWs damn it but I'll fight them if they make me lol

I'm sorry it's been such a problem for you.  We learned from comparing the midwives I had with my first and the midwives I had with my second that all midwives are definately created the same!  And my first midwives sound WAY more relaxed than the ones you're needing to deal with.  I hope the rest of the pregnancy is as stress free as possible.

I love my current midwives because they don't even do weight checks. :)
