I've never had an official diagnosis of hyperemesis g. but I got to have been damn close with my 1st and 3rd pregnancies. And it lasts for 18 weeks on the dot for me.
* no cooking
* small meals
* do your best to stay hydrated
* B6 and Unisom at night
* Zantac 75
* Lost of rest if possible
* Stay away from all sugar and as little carbs as possible (for me anyway)
* I have heard tea instead of water helps you keep it down
* water with lemon and a pinch of baking soda
Ginger, crackers, lemon candies, ginger ale, etc. never did a damn thing for me, just made me sicker. I took Zofran as a last resort but it made me so constipated that it kind of added it's own crappy feeling.
