Yay!  Awesome news.

Great news about the HSA account! Try not to worry about the GD and HBP. I had GD with my first and not with my second. It sounds like you've done a lot of research on how to help avoid and manage these potential issues too! I know you mentioned high protein, did you come across the Brewers Diet? I know they told us in Hypnobabies that it has been known to totally reverse blood pressure problems in some cases!

Thank you all.  BKGreen, yes I have read up on the Brewers Diet.  As soon as I can stomach food again, I am going to highly consider it! I have read mixed reviews but I am willing to try it. Thanks!

I'll second the brewer diet. Besides all the dairy, it's actually a really healthful way to eat. We treat dairy as more of a condiment in our house, so I've never followed it 100%. But I do try to get the high protein amount.

If nothing else, you'll be more aware of what you eat. And it's certainly not harmful smile.gif

I was just reviewing it again and it seems totally easy and with foods I already eat (when I am not throwing up).  It seems like a lot of food to eat in one day but once I am feeling better, I am sure I will be up for more food :)
