Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! :) I went back a couple pages and tried to get caught up with where everyone was.

Zona - 43 is not too old. I serve in the childbirth community, and I have known many mamas in their 40's. May you be filled with peace soon and given a renewed hope.

Sparkle - your chart looks awesome- can't wait to see if you get your BFP!!!!!!

I woke up this morning sweating profusely which never happens unless I'm really sick. I took my temp and there was a .2 dip on 7 DPO - this all came after very noticeable lower backaches the last three days. Trying hard to not read into it and get excited. I know it's too early to tell but what do you guys think: My Ovulation Chart

Thank you all SO much!! I am totally doing a happy dance here, cautiously. My provider group told me this morning they do not routinely order blood work for confirmation irked.gif This was not true 10 years ago when I was pregnant with DD and I am "high risk" now, being 36, and with TTC for >6 months, I am anxious... anyway, I am waiting for a nurse to call back. I am hoping to convince him/her that it would be a good idea (I am persistent and I think persuasive, so we shall see). At this point, it is late morning so I doubt I will know today either way, even if the labs are ordered stat. My holistic, natural, pregnancy is no big deal self flies out the window when it is me (again, a conflict between intellectual awareness and emotions). So, I am taking deep breaths and trying to let this sink in. I did try to photograph my test but couldn't get just the right light to see the test line. It's so there IRL! I am hoping to see a darker line tomorrow morning (will try out a FRER and a Wondfo) and promise to post it, or if I can hold it 'til I get home later this afternoon - I'll test again. I am just is such shock and disbelief!! And Katie, I am expecting a DD buddy!! No pressure smile.gif

Dahlia I am so happy for you that your appointment went well and you feel reassured. October 8 was my due date with DD!! Wishing you a wonderful, amazing, spirited DD or DS also!!

Mamamash I am still feeling pretty crampy. It's weird because the past few months I had what I thought was dull, mild cramps at this time but they were clearly not. Before what I experienced was sort of twinges and fluttery feelings. Since yesterday I am having distinctive cramping, again, not really painful but uncomfortable, and soreness in my upper thighs. Is this what you had? I don't remember this with DD, but hard to remember.

Hope you all have a marvelous, wonderful, fantabulous day!!! blowkiss.gif

I know it's too early for PG symptoms, but the cramping and backaches are making it hard for me to distract myself. :)

Best of wishes, Truelife!

And yes, they do seem to be tight-knit, for sure.

Sparkle: I've read that putting your test on a white background, like a sheet of paper, and snapping the picture on the macro setting with the flash off should give you a good image. I haven't tried it but I haven't needed to lol.gif .

OMG I am thrilled for you Sparkle!!!!!! You do know that you will have to continue hanging out with us like Dahlia has when you cross over to the DDC...right? 😉

Yay, Dahlia on a great appointment! Can't wait to see an US pic of your little bean.

Welcome to all newbies! This is a GREAT group if gals.

AFM- CD 2 here at no surprise. If you all remember, I freaked DH out this month around O and he went scurring away like a dog with his tail between his legs, so I knew no chances this month. Still like reading all your fabulous posts though. Can't wait to see more BFNs!!

Sparkle! Woooooohoooooo! A positive at 8dpo is amazing! You're a fabulous HCG makin' mama!

So I am doing my best to hold it and will retest as soon as I get home smile.gif I'll do my best photography with what I get. I just heard back from my Ob (who I'm friends with). She wants me to wait until Monday (11 DPO) for blood work and repeat in 48 hrs. I am good with that. I can obsessively POAS 'til then wink1.gif And of course I will still be hanging out here! I am so grateful for all of the support of you mamas and I can't imagine not checking in here regularly. Plus, I want to see lots of February and March BFPs!!

Yay, Sparkle!! Will be looking for pics!! Probably makes sense to wait a couple of days. If the beta is super low it will just make you crazy, even if it doesn't mean anything is wrong, yk? Hugs!

And sparkle, even if the beta isn't really high, try not to worry smile.gif mine was 18 at 14 dpo, then quadrupled in 48 hrs. It's nit the initial number that matters smile.gif I CAN'T WAIT to see your test!!
Oh EVERYONE is leaving me greensad.gif I suppose if we don't conceive in a few months ill probably be joining an infertility thread unfortunately! I'm happy for you all though smile.gif

Jjh I'm not leaving, promise!

So I held my pee for 5 hours and still about the same, super faint pink test line on the Wondfo, can't see in photo even with tweaking, and an ever so faint + on the FRER too. I believe it but want to see nice dark lines. I doubt anyone else can see it, but here's the FRER:
