for success next time around!Livnkades:
The "How many?" conversation(s) can be so frustrating. It seems like even when couples think they agree even before they start building their family they often end up making a pitstop in Disagreement Land. I know DH and I have vacationed there before and yeeeeeaaaaaah, not so fun. Hope you guys come to a decision you're both happy with!kathymuggle: Where's that pic woman?! I needs more BFP confirmssssss
lolLOL.
I did POAS again - and it looked negative. It is a bit of a bummer, even though a pregnancy would have been an oops.
Still no period.
I was smart and bought the two pack this time, so I am going to test again in 2 days if no AF.

My poor DH loves our 2 children deeply and I think he is content with just 2. I have just always wanted 3 kids. I was an only child so maybe that is why. DH is the baby of three. He just doesn't see things the way I do. My fingers are crossed that in a few months, when things slow down for us, he will be more open minded!
I probably won't be around much because I might be traveling since my grandfather is not doing so well I hope you all have a good evening

Mamablue and mamacat, your excitement is not making it easy for me to hold out on testing! By, i did get a lot of bfn last month because my period was two weeks late, so that is motivation not to test
my heart was broken way to many times last month.Lady elms, we tried shettles! We shall see....

Aww livn I know that's tuff
but maybe if you guys just don't talk aout it for a while he will be more up for the idea? I sometimes talk my DH out of things just by talking too much. He prefers that things just happen when they happen, and if I try to intervene he gets all weird, lol.Wow, I missed a lot today! Congratulations, Slammerkin!
Blonhrt, you caught me. I did indeed POAnotherS when I got home, and got another BFN. Oh well. Mamacat, have you been strong and resisted the temptation to POAS?
I did decide to start charting to maybe channel my obsessing in a more healthy direction. Problem is that I usually get up to pee around 4/5/6 in the AM before I actually wake up at 7:30. Today, just to see the difference, I temped at both times and there was a .4 degree difference between the two (98.1 at 6AM and 98.6 at 7:30AM)! I suppose I should just do it whenever I get up to pee, but I can't really do it in bed without waking up DH (because of the thermometer's beeping), and then haven't I "ruined it" if I get up to walk to the bathroom? Have any of you dealt with this problem?
Sending happy thoughts to everyone waiting!

Livnkades: No, they don't get it like we do. According to my DH the way we get about wanting babies is the way they get about DTD
. We figure hey, it all matches up and works out for the good of humanity then! But like Blonhrt was saying about her DH, I also think guys get freaked out when we talk to much about this kind of thing
. I don't get it really but alrighty then
lol. I know they eyeroll our crazy too so
.Blonhrt: Ooh, two weeks late and then AF showed? Omg, I would have not taken that so well
. I totally understand you not wanting to test! We can be skeered together then
. I
at your DS being so understanding, haha.Damn those BFN's! I'm sorry Larski
. Yeah, I'm still holding out. I kept thinking I was 8 DPO all day then looked at my chart again and I'm 9. I think I'm terrified to test so I'm increasing my TWW!
As for temping, in that situation I'd probably take it before I got up to pee. Here's a link to a temp adjustor you might find handy. Also, what kind of thermometer do you have? Maybe there's a little hole you can cover up to muffle the beeping? What about doing it under your pillow or the covers? Are your blankets thick enough to quiet the sound? Vaginal temping might also be a good choice, although you'll get higher temps so you don't want to switch in the middle of a cycle probably since this might cause your interpretations to be off.Me, I've been wiped out the last few days, passing out super early. Today, up at 4:40 this morning and wide awake
. Uh, ok then!Oh my geez, I am craving eggs bacon and hash browns so bad. And that is super weird for me. I limit our (mine and DS) gluten and sugar, we eat a lot of raw and healthy foods, and I don't ever eat greasy things! I am holding out big time to test. I need some hand cuffs or seem thing to restrain me..,

Mamacat, me too! I'm about to hit the sack for tonight! Last night I left DS and DH alone watching the Super Bowl, and DS usually nurses to sleep but last night he was left to a cup of almond milk and a book with dada, hahaha.

Hoping for a BFP for you! Love to have a few more of our TWW buddies over in the Oct DDC. FX and babydust!
I'm hoping we don't miss our chance next month cycle if this one isn't our chance because my grandpa just passed away so I will be out of town for a bit this month!- dahlia810

This is our 4th cycle ttc. My last 3 cycles have been exactly 29 days so if that trend continues AF is due in 2 days. Today I started getting AF type cramps, so I'm worried I'm out. The only symptom I've had is some slight nausea today, but it's barely noticeable. I guess I don't have long to wait to find out! I tested early last month & was disappointed so I'm trying to wait another 2 days.
Congrats to all the lucky ladies that have received BFP's!!
Kelly
