This was a protest organized by the founder of the Canadian Foreskin Awareness Project, Glen Callander. It was organized to protest Oprahs endorsement of an anti aging cream called Skinmedica, which uses ingredients derived from the foreskins amputated from infant males.

This is not the only use of foreskins in the cosmetic industry. Currently there is an anti aging injection called Vavelta which also uses the foreskins taken from infant males as a way to eliminate wrinkles, after the boys mother has agreed for her sons foreskin to be used for this purpose.
