Ok, so I know there is a lot of confusing info out there about essential oils and pregnancy. I want to know about using essential oils in a vaporizer NOT topically. I know topically they can be problematic because they enter the blood stream. I can across two articles that said that ALL essential oils are safe when vaporized or used in a mister. Is this true? Most sites talk about essential oils being bad for pregnancy but they are referring to applying them to the skin. I hope some one an help me. I like to vaporize essential oils to clean the air and prevent illness.
