1000 Minute Challenge for February 2013!!!!! Accountability thread - come in and post your work...

Here we go again!   Let's do it!!!

 

 

2/1  -  105 minutes total including stretching and cool down - 90 minutes solid trail running

2/2  -  30 minute walking

2/3  -  110 minutes total.   90 minutes solid running almost 11 miles. Gotta be able to eat wings and drink beer tonight!

Hopefully I will do a little better this month, but anything is better than nothing I guess. I am going to set my goal a little lower and see where it takes me.

Tuesday started the training plan for my 1/2 marathon at the end of April.  My goal this month is lower because I wasn't meeting my previous goal.  I also have a goal  to do 30 Day Shred at least 2x each week. Running is doing great things for my endurance but I'm not losing weight or looking much more toned.

okay  - yeah this month is short....  I just figured I would have to work out 50 minutes a day with no days off to make my goal....  Not happening!
