Food is frustrating the HECK out of me!! Help!!

Hi mamas! I am expecting #4 in August.  I have been very blessed and have not ever had morning sickness with any of my pregnancies.  I had some food issues when I was pregnant with my daughter and have them again this time, BIG TIME.  I do not feel sick - but nothing looks good, or tastes good, or is appealing, except for fruit.  Fruit is great, and I am making it into smoothies, trying to hide in some greek yogurt and greens and adding some molasses, but I am super frustrated.  I have a family to feed...and am starting to get concerned about my protein, iron and calcium.  What are you all eating? Any ideas for things I could sneak into smoothies to boost my nutrition? Or things I could mix with fruit.  We had a delicious loaf of fresh panera bread in the house today, so I ate some, and it was tasty, with lots of peanut butter - but after I felt kinda sluggish.....I am just so flustered....I was able to eat nachos last week on blue sesame corn chips with some cheese, salsa and LOTS of avocado....I usually LOVE to cook....:(

Just eat what you can, what sounds good, get calories when you can...my midwives remind me that the baby is living off reserves so it is you missing out on nutrition.  I have food aversions too!

I have tons of food aversions and what you're eating sounds much more nutritious than what I am! My MW says food can be optional with a good vitamin and LOTS of water. (not optimal, but when I couldn't eat for being sick...)

I'm struggling too. I just eat what seems appetizing and do my best to have some veggies from time to time. Last pregnancy I was CRAVING broccoli. Now it turns my stomach. I'm just getting by

Thanks mamas!! It is helpful to be reminded that the baby is using reserves and it is me missing out, not a great situation, but better than where my head was going yesterday lol.  Hope the aversions pass soon for all of us!!
