I'm new to this site, but used to read Mothering magazine in my midwife's waiting room. :-)
I'm a mother of two little girls, both born at home, breastfed, and carried on our backs until they wanted to walk. I guess that makes me an attachment parent? I don't really follow parenting philosophies.
We're gluten-free at home because I have celiac disease, and we work hard to eat the healthiest food we can get our hands on. The local grocery store just got rid of their organic and gluten-free department, and I'm learning about all the obscure sources for real food.
I hope to connect with other parents who aren't following the mainstream.
