Yeaaaaaaa, I'm allowed some light exercise! My doctor approved some easy walking and prenatal yoga, and I'm really excited! Still on pelvic rest for at least the next 6 weeks- but whatever! Getting out for a walk with the stroller is all I've wanted to do in this recent sunny weather!

I was in Daughters of Rhea and her sister was my bellydance mentor and good friend.  I looked up Wise Fool NM.  Very cool.  Love all the outreach your circus does.

 

My son is just starting Spring Break tomorrow.  My MIL, who is 87, ESP, who is 6 and still learning to independent walk, and my pregnant self will all hang at the mall to walk around next week.  We all have to work on endurance.  And this way we can walk despite the weather.  cold.gif

 

Edelweis98- you are my inspiration for this coming week. 2 to 3 miles in a few days seems like a good goal for me.  Would love to take the stroller for my son when we are at the mall for when he gets tired, but I can't lift him into it anymore.  MAybe he can push me around in it!

It is an iPhone app.  duh.gif  I have an iPhone, so don't know if it's also available (maybe something similar???) for android...

I'm doing pilates once a week and cardio/ weight training another 3 days out of the week. It's not much but I was very ill for the first 18 weeks of my pregnancy with HG, my meds finally have it under control. :)
