So RRL tea ladies, how much are you drinking?
At ~32 weeks I am drinking 2-3 mugs a day (about 4-6 cups total, though only about 2/3 of it is a strong brew because I reuse my leaves each day). I am drinking just a tidbit more than I have in the past at this point. I am still having BH but not as frequently as I usually do (though I am not nursing 1-2 kids during this pg either), and the ones I have I can't feel them as much (could be why it seems I am not havin as many). I am still dilating slowly (almost a stretchy 2) but that's still pretty normal for me at this point.
Anxious to start my Gentle Birth Formula (1st time using a birth prep formula) in a few weeks and see how the two combine for me. I mean, if I generally hit 6cm by the time i start labor (courtesy of castor oil), and there is a possibility the GBF could increase that or speed it up even more....how much can a person dilate without finally going into labor!?!?! LOL
