I just wanted to post some dates. I'm on call from now until April but I'm taking a couple of months off this spring to travel around Canada to teach some HALO Labour Doula courses before I go on call again this summer. Here are some dates if you're interested in Labour Doula training.
Winnipeg, MB April 20-21
Moncton, NB May 25-26
Thunder Bay, ON June 1-2
Saint John's, NL June 22-23
Toronto, ON July 6-7
We have other dates on the website (www.doulatraining.ca) too with other instructors. I would also be willing to offer Advanced Comfort Measures for Doulas workshops in any of the above locations while I am there. We cover massage techniques, rebozo or woven wrap skills and more by giving and receiving hands on techniques for a day.
If there is a Canadian city that you don't see listed that you would like me to come too, you can request a training as well. Thanks mamas!
