Since early-Marchers are now officially "full-term," I thought it'd be an appropriate time to create an "I'm/She's In Labor" thread. This is the place to post when you are in the early stages of labor or when your labor buddy is in labor! You can post all labor updates here!

All I have to say is when I first saw the title of this thread, I about fell out of my chair thinking that someone was actually in labor and THAT freaked me out because I am technically in the window that says I'm good to go. :) So not ready.

Quote:Me, too!! I was like, OMG, who's in labor!?!?!? Well Jodie, I think you woke a couple of us up (for those of us that live in a time zone where it's still early...)
And I'm not ready either. I think I'm getting less ready as the time gets nearer...
post #4 of 7942/11/13 at 10:10amI'm surprised we don't have any babies yet! Some of us are already 37 weeks, and many more are at least 35 weeks. Not that we want them out too soon! But I'd have thought there would have been one or two by now.
I'm betting we'll get our first in the next week or so, though. Not me! Though I'm due March 1, I fully expect to go late. But you never know...
post #5 of 7942/11/13 at 11:01amMy first came at 38 weeks naturally...so be ready lady!!

post #7 of 7942/11/13 at 11:11amI had the same reaction! Wishful thinking, I guess.

I thought the same thing! Lolpost #9 of 7942/11/13 at 11:52amIt is surprising we don't have any yet.... I'm 37 weeks this Thursday, but still preparing myself for another month. My OB was convinced when I was pregnant with DS that I would go early. I was still very pregnant at 41 weeks!

I'm surprised we don't have any yet either. In my last DDC there were a couple mamas who went around 35-36 weeks IIRC. And with WLL having twins...
I expect I'll be a week late, and I'm not due until March 20 - but it's so exciting reading everyone's birth stories... can't wait!!!
post #11 of 7942/11/13 at 1:35pmLOL, it looks like everyone was holding their breath when they opened this thread today
. The all caps made me think that someone must be in labor! I am surprised, too, that no one has had their baby yet but i'm happy because that probably means we'll all have healthy babies that wont need any NICU time
Scruffy--i hear ya on feeling less ready. The closer i get to the big day, the more intense it all feels, thus the more overwhelmed i become.- jodieanneanton

I'M SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And of course, I am not near the computer all day long to see the confusion/excitement I had caused!I am shocked that no one has had a little bundle yet, but thought this thread would be a good idea so we all know where to post/look when a labor DOES happen!!!

At my last appointment my midwife said "2 weeks from now this baby will be good to go and you could be having a home birth." Of course I know it won't happen that soon, but it definitely blew my mind.
