Hello, I'm Elizabeth. My daughter Kaya Georgia Marley LaFavor was born on February 6th, 2013 at 12:39am. We had a beautiful, natural water birth at the Minnesota Birth Center and have been snuggling and relaxing together. My recovery is going really well; I have tons of help from my Mom and sisters and I'm so blessed that Kaya is such a peaceful baby. She sleeps all the time and nurses great.
We share a bed; I have a Snuggle Nest, it is so nice to have! I love to have her right next to me at all times.
I'm getting a MobyWrap soon so I can start wearing her around, although I practically do already!
I'm getting my placenta pills today and I am so excited to start taking them. I am already in such a blissful state, and I know taking my placenta will help sustain that feeling.
I am so delighted to join this community of Mothers. Since I am always at home with Kaya and she is so easy-going, I will have lots of opportunities to come on here
