"AfterEase" or "After-Pain Relief"?

I have used AfterEase with my last 2 babies, and I definitely believe it helped.  This time I was also considering ordering After-Pain Relief by MMH (love their stuff).  The difference seems to be motherwart (AE) vs St. John's Wort & black haw (APR).  Anyone tried both and have any testimony to one working better than the other???

Thanks!  I ended up ordering the APR on a sale, but I still have some AE left over in my fridge.  Guess I will try them both out and see if I notice any difference!
