I'm not sure meal wise...but I know I am going to want some fresh fruit.....once I get in the zone of 37 weeks I'm going to make sure to keep lots of fresh fruit cut up and in the fridge and replenish until baby comes.

I have meals in the freezer so maybe we'll pop in chicken chalupas, lasagana, hamburger broccoli pie or maybe a burrito... I saw someone mentioned eggs....that could be good have DH make me up an omelette...that is what I'm leaning towards as of now...

 

I usually have to cut dairy out with my nurslings in the beginning so dairy of the first couple of days should be ok but after that it may have to go.

After my first was born I could not get enough fresh fruit. I'm planning for that this time around. Then food I miss the most when I am pregnant is SUSHI! I'm so excited to go to an all-you-can-eat sushi place (once I can put on a shirt of course) !

I might be with Spughy and order a nice grass-fed beef burger and a beer. I was totally veg for 20 years and then suddenly started eating meat a few years ago. I only eat meat maybe 3-4 times a year - lost my taste for it for the most part. But I figure I may need a bit of iron. And weirdly, hamburgers help keep me "regular"....no joking!...better than prunes or even stool softeners!

All this talk of meat and I suddenly want a Portillo's hot dog with sport peppers, a large cheese fries, and a large rootbeer... a meal that would send my sugars sky-rocketing, right now, but might not be quite so bad right after giving birth. ;)
