When do I start my 8 1/2 month old on milk?

I breast fed for 6 months and unfortunately my breasts dried out. I switched to organic formula. I have read many different ideas on when to start. I feed Elle no grains, only meat, cultured veggies, stews, fruit and veggie blends, and high fat like butter, coconut oil, bone broths... I am leaning towards raw cows milk, but not sure when to start. Thoughts? Thank you.

Really, if they aren't having breastmilk, they need a breastmilk substitute until 12 months. So formula of some sort. Anything else won't meet all their needs.

I think it is fine to give sips of milk now, but not as a formula replacement until at least a year.

Its ok to give any baby older than 6 months milk. I love that you will be using raw whole milk. It will be a super food for your baby!
