Cravings! Cravings! Cravings!

These cravings are driving me insane. I want to eat all of the time.

I am dying for a Ruben sandwich but I don't know where to get one from, coupled with the fact that I quit eating beef in December. But I would eat a Ruben sandwich. Or 6.

Grapefruit, at least 1 a day.

A1 Sauce. On anything that sounds remotely like it would taste good on.

Potatoes. 2 a day. Usually microwave baked with A1 sauce on them.

Hot wings. The heartburn is killing me but I think about how wings all of the time. I can practically taste them right now.

I just remembered in another thread the BBQ that we used to get when we lived in Virginia. I doubt I can get it here but I am going to ask the meat man tomorrow, yes I am.

Real Italian salami. The kind my mom sends me from New York when she really, really loves me.

Real Italian bread, same mom deal.

I think those are the major ones. Oh and Jelly Belly jelly beans.

I'm craving apples. Sweet, crisp, very tart Granny Smiths. I must eat 2 a day or I feel it's a day wasted.

And hamburgers. Have to make them myself, cause nobody else makes them the way I want them. Juicy, medium rare, with some herb cheese on top. Yum! I eat them just like that, right off the cast iron grill and spread the cheese on while it's hot. Probably why my iron is so high right now.

Sunflower seeds, or really any nut, and I hate to admit it, but I'm craving sweets at night really badly. I'm trying to appease myself with another apple, but it's not the same. We made some rice krispie treats last week, and I practically inhaled the whole pan on the first night. Not quite, but it was hard to resist. All gooey, and hot. MMMMM.

I will also admit to jelly bellies. I truly don't understand why they would be bad for a diabetic. LOL. Peanut butter, cappucino, caramel corn, buttered popcorn, those are my fave flavors.

Funny, I'm having just the opposite. I'm just not interested in food. Not nauseous, not food aversions, just don't really feel like eating, and not much looks enticing. I keep having to remind myself to eat. It's getting frustrating, because I'm usually such a foodie.
