Today's eats ..
Breakfast: Raw "cereal"- 1/2 banana sliced, 3 dried apricots sliced, handful walnuts, sprinkle of raw sliced almonds, 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk, cinnamon on top- also nettle tea w/ unsweetened almond milk
Snack: 100 calorie Raw Revolution bar- the cashew/agave nectar kind
Lunch: 2 figs while cooking, then salad with 2 chicken breast tenderloins on top- organic mixed greens, walnuts, 1/2 an avocado, handful craisins, and probably too much dressing, plus 1/2 ghiradelli sea salt chocolate bar o.O
Dinner: grapefruit and a date, then a medium sized bowl of marinara meat sauce
Snack: fig, three apricots
