I've had to change my eating style a bit since weight gain/baby's growth began to be an issue, but it's been going well. Since cutting wheat/grains/dairy I'd continued to lose weight weekly/biweekly even in my last 5/10 weeks, and then baby's growth began to stall. Added in coconut butter, some halvah/dk chocolate here and there, and a bit more caloric mass, and have been able to stop losing- gained a lb last week and baby is growing within normal range, though has still been on small side. Will see on Wed. how she is growing this week.
I am love, love, loving fresh fruit ... pretty much only eating fruit/veggies/nuts til dinner, then protein/veggies. The heat makes it hard to really feel like eating anything substantial til dinner.
Today ...
Breakfast: Smoothie (1 banana, raw cacao, sunflower seeds, flax, blackstrap molasses, almond milk), one apricot, one small peach
"Lunch": Two energy chunks, one fig, almonds, coconut butter, green apple
Dinner: Sprouted tofu, baby boy choy, carrots, avocado; two squares dk chocolate w/ caramel for dessert later
