I'd really like to be able to make coconut milk yogurt for my son who used to love yogurt but had to go dairy free. He misses cheese and yogurt most of all and is always asking for yogurt.
I am having a hard time finding out how exactly to make coconut milk yogurt- I live abroad and can't find any dairy-free starters here (though LOTS of coconut milk!) so was thinking I could use probiotics but don't know what kind to use or how exactly to go about it.
Anyone done this?
