Throughout the night my nb feeds about 3 - 4 times during her 11/12 hour sleep stretch...I get super hungry and normally gravitate to sth quick like cereal, toast, banana. Thos hings really arent holding me over. Any ideas? :-D thank you!

Yoghurt with nuts or trail mix stirred through it. Sandwich with protein and fat, maybe chicken and avocado or tuna and mayo. You could make them before you went to bed and pop them in the fridge.

Dinner leftovers.

Protein!  That is the only thing that would keep me satisfied while I was pregnant and a new mama.  onlyzombiecat has a lot of great ideas!  I'd add hard boiled eggs or egg salad, meat (deli slices are easy), seeds, fruit/nut bars...  Almonds were my savior.  I would wake up in the middle of the night starving, run to the kitchen, grab a handful of almonds, and eat them on my way back to bed.  Then I realized that I could keep almonds next to the bed and save myself the jog!  Eggs were my go to during the daytime, with a piece of cheese.

Popcorn
You can pop a bunch and store it in an airtight container, pull out the amount you want. I like adding melted butter and either shredded cheese, or cinnemon sugar. Filling, healthy, and easy.
