nope i wouldnt.
i wouldnt do anything illegal because my child would have to pay for it. esp. if the other party was smart and had money on their side.
i would take the legal route and get the smartest lawyer with the best experience.
however doing either is not a solution.
just being in that position SUCKS!!!
i have a lot of friends in this situation - and it sucks, sucks, sucks... because the legal system here (esp. in some states) are soooo corrupt and not equal.
if you are poor and your family is poor - or rather doing ok without extra cash - it just SUCKS!!!!
some courts still buy into the parent alienation syndrome.
honestly i am not sure what i would do. but since i am in california i'd probably choose the legal route. unless i was savvy enough to disappear and 'cease to exist' with my child/children.
