Breastfeeding twins and pregnant...prenatal vitamins?

I'm still nursing my 3.5 year old twins a couple of times a day each and I just found out that I'm expecting again.  I see my doctor tomorrow, but I wanted to also ask those of you who may have been in a similar situation as well...should I be taking more than the normal prenatal vitamin because I'm also still nursing?  Thanks!

Congrats!  WTG on nursing twins so long mama :)   You might try on the pregnancy boards for more suggestions too.  I'd guess that by 3.5 they aren't nursing much, taking your prenatal, and having good nutrition would be paramount.

Whoa!! I second Momsteader's comment. AWESOME for nursing, and CONGRATULATIONS on the new babe!

I would maybe look for things that have good bioavailablity in addition to your prenatal. Smoothies are a great way to pack a powerhouse of nutrients into one easy beverage that you can cater to your palate!

Best wishes on your pregnancy!!
