((mamaecho)) so, so hard, I hope there is healing too x

Mamaecho, that is so hard. I am so sorry.

It's been really hard. There's just a touch of sadness with everything I do. So many of my normal routines involved those girls. I literally saw the youngest 3-5 times a week and spent literally hours at a time with her.. it's just hard.

Echo,

I was thinking about your situation last night. I can't imagine..3 and 6. greensad.gif

How is your friend?

Hi all,

Just got BFP today, only 10 days post ovulation.  I just had a gut feeling.  My DD will be one year old in about a week!  Hoping this bean will stick.  I have had multiple early miscarriages but I have a good feeling about this one because everything is beginning the same it did with DD.  I am 33 years old, married, live in Ohio, and am working on my MBA in Digital and Social Media and also working part time as the Communications Coordinator for a Unitarian Universalist church.

Anyhow, my EDD is Nov. 22, but it might not be until December, as my previous was a couple weeks late.

:-)

Hi Rose!! welcome :)

hi everyone wave.gif just got a bfp . can I join? I am 40 years old, live in Colorado and have two amazing daughters from my previous marriage.  This will be DH's first! I'm an RN, waldorf mama, skier, mountain biker and nature lover . I've been a MDC mama from the time my 10 year old was born!

Welcome, babibelli!  I've only had a BFP for less than a week so that won't get anyone's application rejected. ;)

Wow, lots of us having a third after a..uh..little break!  I first came to MDC when my 10 year old was a baby too.  I also have a 7 year old.  Welcome!

Hi everyone! It's good to be back here on MDC! I'm a 38-year-old mom to a 20-month-old little guy. Hubby and I decided to go for #2 in January and I got pregnant within days of our decision but had a miscarriage in early Feb. We tried again and I'm pretty sure from CM that my EDD is Nov. 15. We are thrilled, and nervous. I had never had a miscarriage before. It really makes you realise how fragile this all is. I'm taking care of myself and hoping for a sticky bean.

I am from Bermuda, married to a Dane and living in Denmark.

I'm so happy to be here among such wonderful ladies! Looking forward to keeping in touch over the next 8 or so months and beyond!

Oh yeah, and someone mentioned birthing beads... I'm so in!

Hi, Kris!

I read about the beads in another DDC (I'm spying all over the place), and I think it sounds sooo cooool!!

Hello can I join? Congratulations to everyone here, this is my first time in a DDC so looking forward to some much needed support and enjoying this special time with you all. I just got a positive pregnancy test today at 16DPO which seems much later than everyone else, not sure if I should be concerned about it? My period was a few days late and I had been testing the past few days but all tests were negative until today. I already have a 10 year old son who will be thrilled he is finally going to get a brother or sister after years of asking for one. And it's nice to see some others here have older kids too.

It feels almost like being pregnant for the first time again as 10 years ago was a long time! I'm trying not to be too excited as it's very early days yet and don't want to get my hopes up too much if something goes wrong. I've had no symptoms so far apart from feeling quite sick one morning around 6DPO. My due date is November 16th, making me 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow.

Congrats and welcome!

Hi I am due sometime between November 9th and 16th... I have one 4 plus love bug of daughter. Her birth was an unplanned emergency c-section and left me shattered and depressed.  I've been blessed with her light and love she a moon child.  Her birth was in the Washington, DC. Now I am in Mumbai, India, and taking it slowly to decide if I will have birth here or back home in the US as I want a VBAC.

This is a new birth to look forward to how exciting!  Also going to be adopting yeah!!

Hi ladies, I just realised I've been writing away on these boards without introducing myself...how rude lol. Sorry! blush.gif

I'm E, 39 and married to my DH. We have 2 daughters aged 3 & 2 and are expecting our 3rd (planned) baby about Nov 20th. We were thrilled to get pg within about 3 months of TTC so FX for a sticky baby!

We live in NZ but I've been a MDC member  for a few years, although I lurk mainly. I'm looking forward to 'meeting' more Mamas and enjoying having a due date group with women who have similar views thumb.gif
